buying the game was a scam, it doesn't work online and no way to get the cd key. ea help doesn't work, they tell you it's not enough proof and then disable the ability to chat with them. ea are are a bunch of disgraceful time wasting scammers.
write to Steam support, if you bought it there, and tell them what happened, I got a refund that way.
It is not enough to just claim a refund, because you have tried the game too long while trying to lon in.
That Steam keeps selling a game that doesn't work is a scam.
That EA refuse to accept proof of payment ( to Steam) and refuse to help is also a huge scam..
