Steam users unable to create Spore account or redeem game on Origin

LOL...They moved my acc from Steam to EA App. It still doesn't connect to the game server. I rased the ticket support sent me 3 links (I've tried all of them- no help at all)... Then support marked my case as FIXED :D :D :D And I'm unable to chat anymore - BOT only... EA- is this for REAL!?

    Change your password- it might help. I had password with special character. So I've changed it to simplified version and I've managed to connect.
