okay guys, I FIXED IT without EA support
Inside EA App I bought “SPORE Creature Creator” since it was at a fat discount, installed it and launched it. Waited about 3 minutes but the app still hangs on a black screen? Closed it. Tried to launch Spore (in my case I launched specifically Spore Galactic Adventures). In the registration box I entered my EA email, my EA password, and my Spore Screen Name (nickname) to create a new Spore account and holy moly it worked!
I don't know how really EA's backend works, but luckily it worked for me and I was able to connect that way. Maybe you don't have to run that SPORE Creature Creator and you could go straight to Spore, but I decided to try it that way.
P.S. FYI, when I tried this, I already had Spore, Creepy and Cute Pars, and Galactic Adventures purchased on Steam. And inside of the EA App, I then bought SPORE Creature Creator. You can try it if you are as desperate as me, it worked for me. Support was impossible to reach. But only if you're willing to risk buying that program (I have no guarantees that it will definitely help you and whether you'll have to refund it later if it doesn't work). I bought it because it was a bargain purchase due to the discount.

The solution to me was to uninstall it on Steam and then download the EA app (😬) and install Spore through it since my accounts are connected and I owned it there as well.
