Hello!
Im here to report a login problem.
I have the origin version of Spore, and every time I attempt to create an account using my EA, it says "An unknown error occured during registration." I tried to login to an older account which I currently want to leave behind. I relogged in multiple times, but it still said the same thing. Is there any way I can fix this? If so, how?

According to https://twitter.com/EAHelp there was some connectivity problems 5 hours ago, but that temporarily problem is now already fixed.

the connectivity problems are still occurring any suggestions?
So I’ve been told by one of the EA advisors that if you’re a new player to spore you will not be able to gain access to the online features, like myself. If you’re an older, returning player you will have no issues login in as long as the email and password used then is used currently otherwise no other alternative to being online. Sadly we’re just limited to the offline features for now until EA comes up with s solution for this recurring problem.
