Unable to verify game license

my Game has been unable to verify my game license for almost a week now i have done everything that the support has mentioned but nothing has helped i have even installed the game on another computer...

Hey there, can you please confirm the game you're referring to? Did you purchase it through a different platform and then linked it to your EA account?
