Unable to verify game license

my Game has been unable to verify my game license for almost a week now i have done everything that the support has mentioned but nothing has helped i have even installed the game on another computer and I'm still seeing the same issues, so it is not an issue with the game files any know a fix? including a screen shot for error message

Can you please try the following steps:

    Delete EA License Files:

    • Make sure the EA app is closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete all files in the "License" folder.

    Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
    • (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Hey there, can you please confirm the game you're referring to? Did you purchase it through a different platform and then linked it to your EA account?
