i have been sent a verification code that has not bee accepted and I've been redirected here

    If you buy a game on Origin it is not necessary to redeem the code again.
    You can just download and start the game using your Origin client.

    In case we are talking about a 3rd party retailer I would suggest asking the source in question for replacement.
