What is a booster? A real experience from a 13-year-old player

Hello everyone, I am from China and I am 13 years old. I want to talk to you about "ccelerators" because many people might not understand exactly what they are.

First: Why do we need accelerators?😳

I am not a resident of the US; I live in C. Due to the geographical distance, directly connecting to foreign servers is very laggy—screens freeze, characters teleport, and there is a delay when shooting. This is not a netwoissue; it is caused by physical distance.

Therefore, we need "accelerators," also known as network optimizers. They optimize routing to make data travel along faster paths, making the gme smoother. Many accelerators are paid, but I don't have money, so I used AI to write a free accelerator script. In my understanding, this is no different from paid ccelerators; it is just a tool to make the game less laggy.

Second: My Experience

I used this script and played for 3 hours, and my account go. My brother's account was banned too. We are only 13 years old; we have no ability to use hacks, nor do we have any intention to cheat. We justed the game to be smoother.

We gave up on our old accounts that were bound to Steam. Three days ago, we created new accounts and didn't run any software, but the accounts got banned too.

I don't know what to do anymore. 😥

What I want to say is:

Accelerator scripts are not the same as cheating software. Chng is to win; accelerators are just to be able to play normally. If we get permanently banned for not understanding the rules, and even new accounts can't escape this, it illy too hard for newcomers and kids like us.

If you read this far, thank you for your time. I just want more people to know that there is something called an "elerator" in this world; it is not for cheating, but just to be able to play.

    Yesterday, my brother and I created new accounts to start fresh in Apex. Our old accounts were banned — simply because we used a Watt Booster script, thinking it was just for better ping. We didn't know it was against the rules.(PED36 and PED24)

    We spent 20 days appealing. Every single channel was closed. In the end, we gave up.

    When we made the new accounts, we were extra careful. No boosters. No suspicious software. We played until 9:30 PM, everything was fine. Went to sleep feeling hopeful.

    Today, we opened the game with excitement — and found both new accounts banned.

    We're just sad.

    Maybe Apex really isn't for us anymore.

    I'm a player from China. I've always played fair in many FPS games. One day, I discovered Apex Legends through a YouTuber — it looked like an amazing game. I downloaded it on Steam and shared it with my brother. We fell in love with it.

    We're still appealing. But at this point, I just want to ask:

    Why is a network accelerator script treated the same as cheating?

    As you can see, my appeal has failed again.

    I have grown accustomed to this. What is truly agonizing is the previouof appealing—every day oscillating between hope and disappointment, every day pushing against one closed door after another.

    But I still want to say: I love this game.😥

    My Sibrary holds the records of match after match that I have played. If I were only seeking fun by cheating in Apex, why would I cherish those records? Why would I let my Sbrary become "imperfect"? That would be absurd.

    The Watt accelerator script was, to me, merely a tool to make the game run smoothly and prevent disconnections. Id not use it to gain an unfair advantage, nor did I use it to bully other players. I simply wanted to play smoothly with my friends.I believe I did nothing wrong.😯This accelerator script is harmless.

    Buystem thinks otherwise. My new account was banned, and my appeal was rejected. For 22 days, all doors have been closed.

    Yet I still want to sayill not give up.

    Perhaps this account is gone for good, perhaps this hardware has been flagged, but my love for this game is real. The tension and joy my friends andhared in the final circle are real.

    These are things a ban cannot take away.
