What should I do if I lost the install disc for Spore?

I have contacted EA support in regards to this issue 3 times now. The first time the Adviser told me that I would have to purchase the game again through Origin as EA can't give me a digital copy of the game since I have the DVD version. Which is * that I should have to pay for a game that I ALREADY OWN and was a lie. The second time the Adviser gave me the DLC instead of the actual Spore game itself. Which was stupid because how the * am I supposed to use DLC for a game that I can not install let alone play? The most recent time contacting EA, I was told that they can't give me Spore because they don't have the Base Game. [Do not attempt to bypass the swear filter - CM] What kind of gaming company doesn't have the BASE GAME of a game that they still sell and let people download? I'm so confused and I'm so angry that I have received such poor customer service in regards to my problem. How hard is it to just give somebody the digital version of a game that they bought 10 years ago and still have the product key for?

[Removed talk of illegal activities - CM] I don't even need the crack that comes with the game because I have the freaking product key right here in front of my face. I don't want to have to do that as I assume that I'll have to figure out how to patch and update the game manually to be able to access online features. If anyone can think of a better solution at this point, PLEASE let me know. I have been an EA gamer since The Sims 1 and have always been fond of EA until now. You'd think for a company that makes as much money as they do, they'd be able to offer me a way to install the game that I paid nearly $80 for 10 years ago. But no. They have to make everything more complicated than it needs to be.
