Go under c / Username / AppData / Roaming / Spore and delete there the Graphic Cache
Make sure you can see the all the hidden folders

um, how do i look at the c / username thing???? if its in the game i don't think ill be able to do anything

The file you can only see , wehn you adjust all the hidden files, take look at the Microsoft link
On pic I've mark the file that needs to be deleted. Spore created a new one when the game startsif you have everything set up correctly, you can see this folder under
c / YOUR USERNAME / AppData / Roaming / Spore
