Crashing After Pressing "CONTINUE"

I am on iPhone 14 Pro and keep running into the problem of the app crashing after I press 'CONTINUE.'  This is very frustrating, and deleting and then redownloading the app does not fix it.  It seems like this is a common issue, does anyone know how to fix it?
