Dirt 5 Crash on Launch (Steam)

Hello, Dirt 5 crashes on launch from Steam for me, every time I try to launch it. A screenshot of the error message is attached. I receive an error message asking me to submit a crash log to EA, but the email bounces back as undeliverable.

I've tried the following to fix the issue:

• Ran Steam as Administrator
• Ran Dirt5 as Administrator (outside of Steam)
• Lunched Dirt 5 over Steam Link
• Launched Dirt 5 natively (without Steam Link)
• Verified integrity of game files in Steam
• Updated Windows
• Updated NVIDA Drivers
• Disabled Windows Defender
• Disabled other background applications

Any thoughts on this? I was quite excited for this game and am looking forward to playing it. Thanks!
