DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

At least we are getting somewhere, EA support have been useless, responded with contact PSN even though I said it's Xbox then reply with we understand you want to deactivate your account. Not impressed with the quality of service I received 

I haven't had too much success with the EA Support email tickets either, lots of back and forth so far without a resolution. At least Codemasters knows about the issue now though and bare minimum we should have a response and some sort of work around relatively soon I hope. I think as long as we keep updating this thread and making it heard it'll work out in the end

That's so frustrating, basically just a middle finger to anyone who bought the game instead of trying to fix it. I'll post here if I get the same "resolution" from them. My PC can barely run Windows XP pinball so buying this on steam is impossible lol I still believe this is on codemasters end with how racenet recognizes the DLC. Idk maybe I have too much false hope

Yea and because of how old the game is Ms won't give a refund, might be time for someone to take responsibility and fix the bug

I saw that too. I didn't want to bring any updates as my information is not 100% sure, but it looks like it might have been an issue with the store. The team keeps checking on that and as soon as I know something else I will let you know.

Now that the problem seems to have spread to the console version, is there any chance that a resolution will be proposed for both versions (Xbox console & Microsoft store PC)?

Can you by request change value in database and give access to the content for those accounts?

Classic EA. Never forget them The Run with something similar. A lot of great games were graved.

Yes, another week of the same. Still have my fingers crossed but losing hope at the same time. Either way, I guess we can keep this thread updated so it's at least at the top of the forums so anyone thinking about buying the game can be warned that the DLC doesn't work as intended

I personally left 1 star review at Xbox store to beware others. Hope it will help. And will not change while it will not be fixed.

I really can't understand. Why there is no Xbox representative here if it is on their side as it was said before? Why it is So hard to change in database with some papers as fast fix while the normal one will not be ready? Why, at the end, not make all these free until it will be fixed to work as intended (I mean dlc content, not the game itself)? In the end it is 5 year old game, great, without straight successor with this bug. Make it free for god sake

I did the same on the xbox store. And yeah the game is 5 years old, but it really baffles me that in this day and age a 5 years old game is treated like an old things not worth fixing. I still can play Colin McRae Rally 2004 as intended and it’s a 20 years old game

It is absurd to me that since the game is 5 years old, it's at the "end of it's life cycle" ridiculous because the content is still being sold as usual. If this was Forza Horizon and it had been delisted I totally get it, but to know it's being worked on and will probably be swept under the rug is just discouraging. Hoping we at least get a straight answer from them of what the issue is and some work around or something

I feel, despite myself, that this topic is not going anywhere. It would be decent to post an answer, even if the outcome is certainly on the order of "will not be fixed" This is the subject of the last exchange I had with EA support, I asked for a frank answer, I got one. We go around in circles, but nothing is happening

Man, that sucks, feels like they just pass the issue on to the team, even though they know nothing will change. I had a teacher a while back tell me his secret to life was, when someone asks him to do something, like idk write an email or something he doesn't think important, he just doesn't do it but says he will. Worst advice ver. That's what I feel is happening here. Just wish we'd get some statement at least like "yeah, this is an issue but it won't be fixed because all support has moved to EA WRC" then make the DLC free on xbox or something. It's most frustrating to me that the content just straight up doesn't work, but it is in the game. I've played with all the DLC cars at this point on all the DLC tracks in offline mode. How hard is it to fix a simple content check and put it in career mode?
