Grid Legends won't connect to your servers on console "X Box"

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.
Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.
Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.
Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

I have done that and it's important that they get the picture on how extensive promblems are.

I've been chatting with three EA techs, and it has been repeating the same over and over again, and sending screenshots to each that was passing my case to another tech, even if I had a ticket number they could consult, so I was two hours further, and finally the last tech told me more are having connection problems, and more are signaling this issue, I told them that this issue has been going on more than a week now. then I finally got this following answer:
Okay so i checked for this issue and got to know that we are getting many contacts for this issue and players has been facing it, so as soon we will be getting the cases for that this will be reported to the team for investigation.

So you know, get on it and contact the EA help center, the link is on top.

Hey ea your game is not fixed and no one can get on too online servers it would be great for you guys to u know get off your **bleep** and fix the problem with this grid legends connection error i would like to race my friends and community thanks 

not working for me for almost 2 weeks.  when is EA gonna fix it.

Just been in live chat with Xbox and they confirm its not there end. Defiantly Ea issue

Thanks for the update, hearing something is better than nothing.  Maybe now that they're aware of the issue it'll be resolved sooner than later. As of yet I still cannot get online and it's been 3 weeks now! I too reached out, but to no avail. Till it works again,  it's Assetto corsa competizione for me! Hope to race you all again soon in Grid though!
