Grid Legends won't connect to your servers on console "X Box"

Has anyone tried emailing Microsoft? I'm not the "can I speak to the manager" type. I'll get in trouble. I will say something to make the situation worse. 😁

Anyone had any success getting online yet ? It’s not looking hopeful is it 

It’s been ten days now . It’s probably nothing more severe than a bit of net code that needs fixing but it doesn’t look like they have any intention of resolving it . Could be the end of the road . 

I've yet to try today. Does anyone know if this problem is confined to X-Box? I had spoken to someone who races on PC who said all was well. 

I can almost confirm it's a xbox only issue, several friends of mine could play online on pc or playstation

Failed to connect to Grid Legends online servers for the last 10 days.

When trying to log in online, first shows a "connect to EA-ID" message that doesn't do anything when you press accept, shows up several times, the same process again, and then finally leads to a "impossible to connect to ea servers" error message. No instructions on the "ea unable to connect" page help resolve the issue.

• Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.
  Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.
