Haven't got the gold and two cars for about four days in the final lap update

I was opening up the app to play Real racing 3 before the shutdown. I kept playing and playing, but never got a notification about the 1k (2k) gold and Rimac Nevera and the Audi S1. Please fix this issue, and please let us keep playing offline.

    I'm also dealing with the same problem...Did not received the 2 free cars and the 2k gold and I'm a Elite Club player (level 231) and I play the game since 2013...Please fix this
