Not receiving any login code via email.

I'm not able to log into my EA account due to not receiving any codes via the email. Not a single email has showed up in any of my folders (inbox, spam, etc) I haven't been able to get any codes. I tried creating another account and that does receive the codes but the games have been linked to the original email account.

HELP!

    Hey ndnkiwi​

    If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

    • Navigate to your inbox Settings > Junk Mail (for Hotmail) or Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
    • Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
    • Send a reply to an email from [email protected]


    If you're still facing issues, it might be worth connecting with live support to add a secondary email to the account and opting to receive a verification code through that email instead.

    Hey,

    Thanks so much for responding! I have already done the mentioned steps with no fix.

    I tried to reach out to support and keep getting stuck in the loop of trying to submit a ticket and as soon as I do that, it sends me back to login to my account without actually opening a support ticket.

    ndnkiwi​ Thanks for the update! 

    Just to confirm, were you able to access the web form and select 'Login issues' as the topic? It might be worth including an image and resubmitting the form to see if you're redirected to the self-service page then. You'll find the option to chat with an advisor there. 

    If the loop persists, please try using an incognito or private window and try accessing the web form as a guest.

    I am no longer able to get into the account for this as well.

    It's now also forcing me to sign in and fails on the code.
    The loop is continuing to persist regardless of the incognito or private tab. It keeps making me log in

    If I can get into my account or if someone can release all the games linked to the account I can recreate it or something.

    ndnkiwi1​ There should be a continue as guest option when accessing the web form (see below), have you tried using that option? Once you fill in all of the requested information with 'Login issues' as your topic and click 'Submit,' you should be redirected to a self-service page with the option to chat with an advisor.
