Saw that response from EA as well on FB.  “ Be Patient..” was the time frame that I read into it, so this could mean anything..

      I received some VPs and the gold cause I started both events in the past, but didn't finish them. But I still miss both cars. I completed the missions, but didn't receive the cars yet. Will this be fixed as well?

        I’ve chased them up 3 times but to no avail. No indication as to when - it’s over a month!! - surely this is a straightforward resolution.
