Real Racing 3 bug issue

I have run into a bug with the Real Racing 3 game. The screen controls have an issue, they just tend to randomly stop responding while I play. This results in me crashing cars and not winning any race. My experience with the game has turned into a bad one because of this. I have tried many things; restarting the phone, restarting the app, removing cache, and reinstalling the game, still nothing changed. EA please fix this matter soon.
