Sim racing center- commercial use

Hello,

I am opening a full-motion sim racing center and want to offer Dirt Rally games to my customers. They will be paying for time on the simulator, not to play a specific game.

Commercial use is explicitly prohibited by the Terms of Service, with a summarizing statement “cannot profit from EA IP”

My question is, if YouTubers, TikTokers, instagramers, and twitch streamers can profit from streaming your games, why can’t I offer EA games at my sim racing lounge after selling time on my racing simulator? The customers are paying for the experience of the full-motion simulator, not paying for the opportunity to play your games.
