Stuck Group Tag

Hi guys I have an issue, hopefully someone in here can help me: 

I have a problem with my former group tag, I am no longer a member and I have joined another group that has a different tag but the old tag still appears in the WTT and the OMT. This issue been going on for months now. I have logged out from my account and completely deleted the app and cleaned the cash and everything, I reinstalled it, downloaded the whopping 8GB of assets, and logged in to my account but it never got resolved ?!
