Black/Grey Screen

When opening the game the screen just stays black. it doesnt crash and it will stay there for hours, the only thing that happens is the screen turns slightly gray on occasions and the mouse will show and stay stuck in the center of the screen..  I have already attempted to do the following things with no success.

• Change the HardwareSettings.json file to ensure Graphic settings are set to the lowest as well as HDR being disabled.
• Boot PC in safe mode
• Run as administrator
• Disable Fullscreen optimization
• Use compalibility manager on Windows 11
• alt + Enter to put in windowed mode
• cleared Ea app cache
• repaired/ verified game files (Have installed and uninstalled game three times)
• im sure ive done a couple of other things but cant remember right now

All my GPU drivers are up to date i run plenty of games with higher PC requirements not sure why this game in particular is giving me trouble. I played this game when xbox cloud offered it on cloud gaming i finally buy it and its been a whole week of troubleshooting with no success.
