Would it be possible to get more information on this?

• Platform:

• Are you getting an error message?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

I'm having the same issue on PS5. There are no error messages, it just doesn't count the last fairway even if you are using a driver, full power, and land in the fairway.

are you saying he should record the whole challenge and send the video? is what you said a generic response or just a bad one? It doesn't look like you even listened to what he just told you

Thanks for checking, To confirm small clips may help as well. 

With an issue such as progression not counting correctly, seeing if a specific event triggers this to happen could help the team in better Identifying and resolving the issue. 

You might see Community Managers across Answers HQ, ask similar information, this is to help better understand the problem, and due to the nature of games a lot of the questions we might ask (for example: What Platform are you on?) will be similar. 

In addition to the screenshot however, I've asked for other information to help us pass this on to our team and to help them better investigate a potential issue.

This is still broken, has been for weeks, even after the most recent update on 11/21. I've tried it multiple times with multiple characters. The last fairway never counts, only 13/14 possible.

Remember canada day from the old tiger woods games? Or the items that you couldn't ever unlock because no code was given?  There's always 1 impossible thing happening in these games. Smh

Respectfully sir, you have to play the game. Now, your guys can eagle 1 hole to see if the challenge unlocks or not? A Screen shot won't tell you anything. It's a waste of time to keep relaying these problems to technical support or your experts. You will have another game released before anything happens. Then ea will forget about these bugs and the customers who pay their salaries. If you're going to keep asking the customers to do what the testers should have done BEFORE releasing the game then that is truly unfortunate. 

I apologize for expressing my frustration onto you when you are not the one responsible. If you want to find a solution then fly a representative out here or send the customer to where the programmers are. This is ridiculous. Happy thanksgiving

The last fairway (hole 18) is not counting on this challenge.  Please provide a resolution 

It would be nice to have an actual person look into this instead of giving everyone the same auto response. If a person was actually looking into this they would have seen that I already provided most of the information being asked for. PSN is DannyG04291982, other than that, you have all the relevant information.

Do a search for all the people that have completed every challenge except this one, I know I'm not the only one.
