With an issue such as progression not counting correctly, seeing if a specific event triggers this to happen could help the team in better Identifying and resolving the issue.
You might see Community Managers across Answers HQ, ask similar information, this is to help better understand the problem, and due to the nature of games a lot of the questions we might ask (for example: What Platform are you on?) will be similar.
In addition to the screenshot however, I've asked for other information to help us pass this on to our team and to help them better investigate a potential issue.

Respectfully sir, you have to play the game. Now, your guys can eagle 1 hole to see if the challenge unlocks or not? A Screen shot won't tell you anything. It's a waste of time to keep relaying these problems to technical support or your experts. You will have another game released before anything happens. Then ea will forget about these bugs and the customers who pay their salaries. If you're going to keep asking the customers to do what the testers should have done BEFORE releasing the game then that is truly unfortunate.
I apologize for expressing my frustration onto you when you are not the one responsible. If you want to find a solution then fly a representative out here or send the customer to where the programmers are. This is ridiculous. Happy thanksgiving
