Jordan Speith driver spec not appearing in bag after buying from store

I am having the same issue. Bought the Jordan Spieth driver spec, but it's not showing as an available option for my driver. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't fix it. I already had Hideki's driver spec, and 7 others, but Spieth's driver spec is not showing. But it charged me the 18,000 reward points, and said I owned the spec. EA help on chat didn't seem to help so far. They disconnected the chat before the game reinstalled, so I need to tell them it didn't work. 

I'm also having problems on pc, I bought 2 legendary items at 18k each... it's so damn frustrating! lost so much!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy Jordan Spieth’s driver spec for the store and see if you can equip it to your driver. It’s not there despite me paying 18000 to get it
What happens when the bug occurs? Spec not appearing in my golf bag when I go to my driver specs
What do you expect to see? Jordan Spieth’s spec, able to be applied to my driver.

Same as other posts, bought 2 lots at 18k each, and they don't appear, but they take the money. Extremely frustrating... Uninstalling and reinstalling do not work to fix it.

If you are still missing Driver Specs after purchasing them from the store, would it be possible to get the following information?

• Platform (or client):
• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
• Are you getting an error message?
• Which item did you purchase?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Is anything else happening?
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
