If they haven't been awarded in game then there is currently no way to do so. In the first instance you need to see if a fix rolled out will mean the rewards then 'catch up'. That is what we'd hope the devs are able to get to work...
Well....kinda stinks. Missed out on alot of reward points and additional skill points.

You don't know that's true yet. With some other changes users have found that rewards have caught up when the fix was applied (getting all their owed rewards) so you may find the same. All you can do is wait as see. I wouldn't do anything specifically to try to get rewards you know aren't tracking properly for you right now just in case though.
