For some reason I haven’t received my Weekly or monthly tournament rewards that was due last Tuesday?! I’ve spoken to help and they’ve granted me a ticket pack as compensation which also isn’t showing up on my account!! Any ideas how I can’t fix this??
I have been experiencing the same problem for the last two months. In frustration, I deleted the game completely from my PC. Went to 2K25 but was unable to play due to technical issues (they refunded me). Still wanted to play golf, so reloaded the EA PGA tour, and all of my rewards came back to me. Had 18 in all that loaded and so now am all caught up with lots of coins and credits. Lost none of my levels and skills. All good.
