PGA Tour not recording shots.

I’m new here and don’t know if this has been addressed. If so, please link me to the answer. Thanks!

I have been doing tournaments, trying to get three stars on everything so I can get the most rewards out of it. I just did this one (link below), and it didn’t record it! It’s one of those one in a million shots for me, and I want it recorded, dag nabbit!! lol

Also, I’m on a PS5 Pro using a controller.

Is there some way, some how, something I can do to get this fixed? Or am I just screwed?
