No confirmation dialogue box - selecting Withdraw in a tournament - Career Mode

Summarize your bug There's no confirmation YES/NO dialogue box for selecting Withdraw from a tournament in Career Mode. I have accidently clicked on this when I actually wanted to save my round and without asking me "Are you sure you want to Withdraw?" it straight up withdraws from me from the tournament, no going back, (as on course to winning it too) so in my opinion career ruined with one accidental press of a button. It's not good enough! For something as final as a player choosing to withdraw, any accidental selection of this option should be caught with a confirmation that the user definitely wants to withdraw, then any time this is selected accidently then they can select "No" - The option is below the Save Round Option and they way the cursor randomly moves around the screen on it's own (another bug I often encounter), it's jumped to this Withdraw option without me knowing and I have gone and pressed X on my controller - GAME OVER "Thanks" EA

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start a Career Mode 2. Select to Withdraw from the first tournament you enter You will get dumped out of the tournament without being asked "Are you sure you want to Withdraw?"
What happens when the bug occurs? Without any confirmation it withdraws you from the tournament
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a confirmation box which is good gaming practise for an option such as withdrawing from a tournament in a career mode of a Triple A Title. Poor EA, Very Poor
