No one will help at EA
I want a refund.
I was told I would get a refund by EA advisor via live chat but had to wait 24 hours.
Go back to EA and there is no option to live chat, only email
I emailed and got a response, but I cannot reply to the response
I keep getting sent to https://help.ea.com/uk/help-home/ as an endless loop but can't actually reply to my email
It says I have to 'resume case' on my open cases so I can add things and progress but it won't let me.. when I click 'resume case' it just takes me AGAIN to the Ea home page!!
I am certain this is a tactic to not allow anyone to actually get in contact with anyone from EA and keeps sending you in an endless loop without any help.
I want refund and was told by EA I can get a refund but now there is no way to start a live chat and no way for me to respond to any of my cases. so what do I do
