Go bogey-free star is not being awarded I have tried 4 times and gone bogey free all 4 times but no star is being awarded

    I am on pc and it is not even loggine wins for the cups says I have one them but not giving me rewards and today no challenges are giving me them either it was fine yesterday

  This has happened to me too on many challenges on Xbox, I'm probably out 7-8 stars total on several challenges from sponsors to championship moments etc. It's crazy I'll have to document them all

  Not receiving Rewards for Quests or Challenges after completing them. I believe I’ve gotten most the day after but it’s getting really frustrating. This has been going on now for a week.

Challenge Completes, takes me to the completion page, gives option to exit or restart but doesn’t give credit for completing the tasks.
I closed the game, restarted the PlayStation, and no change.

  I'm having the same issue. I've tried the first featured challenge where you need to get 5 shots on the green, 1 within 4ft, 1 within 10ft. I got all 5 on the green including a hole in 1! Then nothing happened, its just not registered at all.
  Then I tried the one where you need 5 fairways in regulation, did that and same thing. EA are atrocious releasing games like this that are broken and cost £60+. After Fifa23 I thought it was just a fifa thing because it was their last one so they didn't care but seems they just don't care regardless.

  I have tried multiple challenges and do not get stars for completing any of them. I downloaded the latest update today as well and still have the same issue. I am on PS5 playing the disc version.

No challenges are rewarding stars. I also have same issue in career mode, won the masters on -13 and was not awarded the quest so it seems no rewards for anything

  @Dibble007 Same. Just finished US amateur this morning and no quest completion. Did 2 challenges and no stars despite perfect results. On PS5. When I finish I can exit but the star criteria section is just blank on the summary page.

I am not able to register any stars on any challenges. Xbox series x. I am logged into my ea account while playing.

No challenges are getting stars on my end. Xbox. I am not being awarded stars for challenges or any quest. I even have a completed quest, all three parts have green check marks, but says it’s not awarded yet. There is no point playing this game if you can’t progress.

  Playing on PC and having the same issue. No challenges will give credit for stars. I riggity wrecked Danielle Kang and got not credit for it! EA needs to issue us all some free tokens for use in the store for in game merch!

Hello, I’m playing on PC through steam and its also not giving me rewards upon completion of sponsor challenges. Titleist middle challenge was completed but no rewards

I’m having the same issue on PS5 doing the Dominant Statisical Peformance challenges, I have screenshots to prove it.

very frustrating as customer since I get can’t any of the game if I provided a partial payment so
when I buy the game in full I don’t think it’s wrong to expect to get a fully/correctly working product.

I understand things happen but that’s when customer service should kick in and have the issue fixed or provide some type of
compensation as an apology.

Not the first one i have seen but the one i have just cane actoss is on addidas sponsor morning tee. All 5 fairways did not light up for me even tho i got rest of stars! I noticed a few more but forgot which they were.

  if you need Advanced FIRs or Power Drives, switch to the 3 click swing type.. that worked for me (fairway bugs workaround only, the rest of these bugs still happen lol.) and get it over 103-104% power for the power drives using 3 click swing

    I see this has been happening since April and not but "28 minutes ago" is someone reporting they have the same problem.
    Any way, I'm here to add to the list. I finished the PING challenges and none of my Rewards in regards to points and clubs, were registered to my bag and are nowhere to be found.
    Send me money.

  Same here for me on a few challenges. Given the range of reported challenge and play issues, I’m guessing this is a symptom of the way completions are tracked by the system, relying exclusively on comms with the server’s online player db with limited or no error corrections. Seems like if there are glitches, delays or load factor issues, the completions are not captured and dropped.
  Needs to be re-designed. All scoring needs to be captured locally first, and then synced or resynced back to the servers, so the data can be compared and updated properly
