Not receiving rewards from Daily Tournaments anymore.

Participo dos torneios diários, faço boa classificação e não recebo os créditos de recompensa. Que lixo está ficando esse jogo.

Same problem is recent posts - no rewards for accomplished tournaments.  Also, I noticed my game does not sync when I first play it as it always did previously.  Playing Xbox X via Gamepass

Summarize your bug Not receiving rewards for daily tournaments.  Results screen shows "PENDING RANK" even though my results earned a reward.  
How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time on dailys for the last 4-5 days.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure - review results for daily tournaments and look for my username.
What happens when the bug occurs? Results screen shows "PENDING RANK" even if the leaderboards show I'm 4th on the table.
What do you expect to see? Rewards for placing in tournaments.

Same here. EA!! FIX THIS!! It’s one of the last reasons I even play this game. We aren’t receiving our Daily Tournament rewards!

Not receiving rewards for daily tournaments last two days.  When I navigate to tournaments/final, I see pending rank (I am ranking in the top 10-20) for my daily tournaments.

Which tournament are you missing rewards from? every daily free tournament i enter

When did you play in the tournament? (Date/Time) since 09-06-2023 (june)

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?  05-06-2023 and yes it is still happening

Is anything else happening? no

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: i don't know what i can do, so i didn't do anything yet to solve the issue. If i start the game the reward shows up, but when i want to collect the reward it isn't present anymore

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

The daily tournaments are now actually daily rather than every 12 hours for us all. It's an intentional change rather than a bug.

I know this was a bug which was supposed to be fixed but I played the 4 daily tournaments yesterday and only received rewards for 2. I’m less bothered about the free to enter ones but when I’m spending 1000 and then not getting the tickets I’m owed that is wrong! I also never got my 8k coins for a weekly tournament which cost me 5 tickets to enter! I’m on ps5 and my gamer tag is richmagpies1862. How the heck do you raise a ticket with EA as I just get pointed to answers hq which doesn’t even seem to be able to do anything about individual cases. They told me to raise a ticket but that seems impossible to do!
