offline multiplayer
Will there be offline couch multiplayer, where you can play as the pros with friends, as you have been able to do in all Tiger and Rory games?

I would think so! Since you have always been able to do so in every TWPGAT and RMPGAT game in the past!
You would think so, but there is no information on it and the Community Managers seem to have completely blanked my question.

Probably just a question of the planned process of information gradually coming out through a series of trailers and in time no doubt footage from YouTubers etc with pre-release content. Meaning you're not specifically being blanked but rather the CMs may well not be allowed to answer specific questions like this just now.This interview suggests the answer is yes:
A year later, we now know why. Since launch, there isn't an option to play loval couch co-op with 2 custom golfers. Despite numerous posts EA have done nothing about this. You cannot even play with different settings on different controllers.
The game is already grindy enough at least let us earn xp while we play with our friends !
It really is such a shame because this could have been the best Golf game we've had for a long while, if only this was patched. I'm no dev, but surely it wouldnt be that hard to implement. It would make this an 8.5/10 game rather than a 6/10 game imo.

It is half finished because the CEO at EA cancelled the game a year ago. Nothing to do with devs at this point, it's out of their hands.
