SOLVED: If anyone else is having this issue and it made your monitor more pale/white, I have found the solution. When I started the game it turned on Windows HD Color in the windows settings and enabled HDR. This made the whole monitor more grayscale/high contrast. When I turned this off in my setting it fixed the issue.
