Preorder not working
My preorder code worked on playstations end, but nothing is showing up in the rewards tab. It's nonexistent. Game is fully downloaded and I'm logged in. Just no preorder rewards.

Not sure about the level my golfer started at…but pretty sure it was 1. No rewards tab showed up. I had to complete a challenge before they did and then no bonuses showed up.
@EA_IlliumI provided copies of my Best Buy receipt to EA Help, but nobody has contacted me since the claim (141863217) was filed on April 10. The only thing I received from EA Help was an acknowledgement stating that someone would be in contact with me shortly. That was four weeks ago.
After four telephone conversations and one Twitter exchange, Best Buy vehemently stated that they had no record of there being any preorder bonus with EA PGA Tour, while I just as vehemently provided proof of it being listed on their website, even beyond the April 7 launch date. They said they had no codes to provide, it's not their problem and I needed to contact EA.
The receipt provides proof of purchase prior to the launch of April 7. I made my purchase on April 5. There was no code on the receipt, nor did I receive a seperate email containing any code. At this point, I don't know what more I can say or do about this. Clearly, Best Buy screwed up, but they didn't offer any solution. This is like a tennis match between Best Buy and EA, and I'm the ball getting smacked around.I feel exactly the same as you do. I’ve done everything I was supposed to do. Screen shots. Receipts. You name it. No one from support has followed up. No one here has been able to help. I just want my preorder info. I want F1 2023 but I’ll wait for a sale at this point. Zero reason or confidence to believe the preorder bonuses matter at this point. So will do the 10 hour trial and wait for sale. Just seems like everyone wants to pass blame but no one can help provide a preorder bonus code.
- @ExtremeGamerSB Yes, my son and I want F1 2023, along with EA FC, the new Madden and probably NHL 24, but there's no way I'm going to preorder them now. It's very disappointing because it seems like it should be an easy fix. Even if the original preorder items are not available, then offer up something of equal value in place of it. I asked Best Buy if they'd consider providing a $10 gift card that I could use on a future purchase and they said no. I'd accept and appreciate something similar from EA, but I don't think that's going to happen either.

@EA_Illium This is all getting to be a bit ridiculous...
@EA_Illium and now Ea support closed my case. This is so disappointing how this was handled from the start.
Yes, it was purchased from Amazon, and PSN accepted the code, but nothing ever showed up in game.
Any updates on the preorder bonuses?
- @ExtremeGamerSB I think they are just blowing us off. I filed a claim/case (whatever) with them on April 10. They sent me a quick follow up email telling me that someone would be in touch with me shortly, then I heard nothing from them. On Tuesday of this week, they sent another email asking if the situation still needed to be addressed. When I logged in to review my case, they had classified it as resolved and closed it. I reopened the case, and asked them for a suitable replacement if the preorder bonus items aren't available. Like at this point, give me the stupid putter and some coins and call it good.
