PSN Password Loop / EA Help not responding
On PS5, cannot login since buying the game and had no idea that virtually every feature was behind some login firewall. Tried to follow community manager instructions and filed multiple tickets over the last 2 weeks on EA help but cannot get anyone to respond. I just get an email thanking me for my patience and then closing it! I need someone at EA to tell me what account is linked to my Playstation. I can't believe how hard it is to find this info. Literally can never buy another EA game if this is what it will be like.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: EA Help tickets, reset password 10x, must be an old account linked to my playstation that I'm not aware of.

Once you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. Hopefully they'll then be able to help you get back into your games.
