Settings not saving on PC - PGA Tour

Just downloaded the game, played a quick round, to test the settings. Then closed the game for a couple hours and when I re opened the game, all my setting were gone. So i tried again and re opened the game and once again nothing has saved. 

  • The platform you play on, Whats your PSN ID/Gamertag? PC
  • Specific details on the issue you're experiencing (ex: any errors received, where it's happening in-game) no save
  • How long it has been happening? since this morning
  • What steps you've already tried to fix it? tried to redownlaod, clear cache. 

my dx diag is in the notes.

    Hi @TommyGoDoWork @Egill_spegill00 

    To check do you have any security running on your device? If so can we whitelist EA App and PGA Tour then run the game and check if settings can save? 

    If this continues try running both as admin.

    Settings are not saving in my game. Every time I load the game, the settings are going back to default. And I have to re create my pro. Also I can't play career mode at all. I can't even start the mode my game freezes every single time in the same menu. (I have a clip of the problem) 

    Im playing on PC, I linked my DXdiag.

    Can't link the clip, the file is too big. 

    Please help. Im having this problem since monday.

    Check if using a Windows USer Account that has Administrative Privileges has an effect here, thanks.
