Settings not saving on PC - PGA Tour

Hey,  same thing happening here. 

On PC, said that my save file was corrupted somehow (on steam), and now everytime I turn the game on I need to create my character, set my settings, and then play. Another problem is, I can't play career mode, it would tell me to choose a starting point and then just freeze after it tells me to set my AI settings and season settings.

My windows account is indeed adminstrator. 
Oh additionally, I did a clean reset of my computer today, so it may been that all my save files got deleted.

Which platform are you on?

Audio settings are not saving. Every time I launch the game, the audio setting go back to default.

Audio defaults evry time I restart the game

and Outfits randomly change...

I have this as well but for career mode, won't let me change soem settings due to it saying it's an active session even when I was not in a tournament and not sure how to fix this.

Summarize your bug when creating a private match or quick match, trying to change the settings of the round like wind etc my friends and i get. "The current gameplay settings are being restricted by the active session". and does not allow the settings to change. doesnt matter who sets up the round, 3 of us tried. all after new update 4/6/23 just playing with stock settings we were all shooting at different pins on the greens too.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try creating a private match with a friend, and change the settings. Also read bold in comment below, think I discovered what is happening
What happens when the bug occurs? the settings are being blocked from saving, playing with stock settings, we were shooting at different pins on the greens. "we are all on different days in career mode" guessing the different day (different pin locations) might have something to do with the error.
What do you expect to see? kinda obvious answer here.

after the update, three of us tried to create a private match, every time the host tried to change the settings, at the bottom of the screen it reads in yellow "The current gameplay settings are being restricted by the active session"  and will not allow the settings to change.(doesnt matter who is hosting, all steam users on pc).

we tried to just play with the standard "tourney" settings too. but we were all shooting at different pins on the greens. after the 2nd hole we just gave up. 

we all have started a career and are all on different days within that career, every day has different pin locations. I think somehow the update locked the settings for each player to the day of the players career tournament settings. and carried them out of the career into the private matches. (1 player will have sunday pins with 3-5mph E wind, another will have thursday pins with 1-2mph W wind)
