I play all the time locally with my friend on previous games, but he plays with right stick and I play with left stick for hitting shots. There doesn't appear to be an option to use two separate controllers locally with different settings at the same time, as the main profile settings are defaulted. Please can this be addressed as it is ruining the enjoyment of the game for me. Thanks ❤️🙏
I am thinking of purchasing the game but concerned that my RTX 2070 card will not be able to run the game smoothly. The native resolution of my monitor is 2560 X 1440 which is what I use. I am wondering if you can remove the galleries and tournament structures as I have yet to see any galleries that do not look like zombies. As an option I would like to see animated golfers on adjacent holes. I know that in real life I have never played a course when I was the only player on the course. For multiplayer it would be more immersive if you could actually see your playing partners. I know this was a feature in PGA 2000 and that was almost 25 years ago!
One wish: Remove the randomly generated nonsense, if not completely then definitely allow us to turn this off.
In 35 years of video games and having bought and played every EA golf game ever made - while also never playing a 2K game… I can honestly say I have never seen anything as frustrating as this function. It sucks the fun right out of the game. I have literally quit playing mid round because it is THAT absurd.
If you give me that full blue arc in arcade, with my stats full up on accuracy I should be able to land that ball on a dime. This is a video game. Not the real world. Bend that line all you want for those who want it… but I think your forum shows I am not the only one here who “just wants to play a video game”, and have it work like every other game you’ve made before it in the fundamental ways.
I truly don’t know that I will continue playing your game if this is not fixed, and soon. Yeah, I am just one customer so I don’t matter, I get that. But seriously, this making balls randomly fly despite proper controls by the players is… there is just no other word for it.. absurd.

I’m fine letting you turn it off in private games and career mode, but anything competitive should absolutely include the random element. That’s -golf-. You could have a robot hit balls and they all aren’t going to land in the exact same spot. Some of us like the realism of the randomness.

In a video game. It’s nerfing. Which as I said is fine for those people who would rather play a golf simulator, and absurd for people who want to play a video game.
