6.8.1 update

@eieio_31310 Hi, thanks for the post. Can you try restarting your device and see if that has any effect?

If you remember, did you have any issues updating back in May with 6.7.1?

I did both a soft power down and a full power down on my phone and it restarted with same problem. 

I did not encounter any issues with 6.7.1 update except there were some changes in plants behavior.

@eieio_31310 Thank you. Just to be sure if you click the wrench icon on the main screen then Build Version/Download Preferences does it say 6.7.1? I want to double check that it's not a faulty notification issue rather than an update issue. 

If this is the case, can I check what region you're in, and what iOS version you're using?

My android had this update yesterday, and upon completing the update and logging back in, I found that while I'm still in the same tournament league for Battlez, the original lineup from this week changed. I went from being in first place to 4th since now competing with different players. This doesn't seem fair at all but it is what it is. Two more changes I noticed was that now the rewards are on a scroll bar in Battlez, and instead of earning 6 gems for completing one free play we can earn it for completing two free plays.

Thanks for the advice, I will try to do a backup 1st before re-install the game this weekend.

The last time I did this was about 3 years ago when I changed my phone and I ended up restarting the game from ground up, let's hope I have enough free space on my cloud drive to do it this time.

Just as I suspect, my cloud drive is almost full and there is not enough space for doing any more backups.

Luckily, I've just remember there was one thing I have not yet tried (looking at the notes I took from 3 years ago) this is to log out of the Game Center and then logged back on, this method seemed to trigger the update and I now have version 6.8.1 on my phone.

I have the same experience. 

So it is now harder to earn gems and my drop in the league position is much much more -  from being 2nd (with 16 crown points behind the 1st) to 9th place and needed 148 crown points to get to the top position. 

Anyway the important part is now I can still participate the Battlez so I am still happy.

I think it used to be 2 free play in Battlez to get gems then one and now 2 again, right ?
Else a bit disapointed that Dusk Lobber won't be in arma-mint but just in conceal-mint. Would be nice if some plants be part of two powermint families .
