Let's figure out why the account is not authorized. To start, have you linked your game account online following the steps in this guide?
Also, if your device's language is set to a language other than English, try setting it to English; it might make a difference.
Errors like this can also happen due to a region mismatch. We can't look at your accounts from the EA Forums. However, please verify that your accounts and device region are set correctly. If they're not, you might be able to edit the region settings to fix it.
I also recommend you go through the steps in this guide for problems with your Android device. Clearing the cache, checking the time and date on the device, checking for updates, and using a different connection might help us isolate the problem.
