Accidental PvZ 2 account deletion EA Help site is grayed out. Need a CM to help

Hello. On October 30th, I accidentally triggered the "Delete Account" button inside the Plants vs. Zombies 2 game menus.

I tried to use the main EA Help portal to contact an advisor, but the chat and email options are completely grayed out, and my tickets keep getting automatically closed. I am stuck in a loop.

Can a Community Manager please look at this thread and escalate my case to the mobile game engineers? I need my deleted cloud save restored from the server backups to my email address. I have my current Player ID ready to provide to a verified EA employee. As well I have proof it’s my account such as Apple Purchase IDs and old case id with same account

Please keep in mind that deleting a game account can affect access to your saved progress and content, and recovery may not always be possible.
Unfortunately, we're unable to access accounts or restore deleted progress directly through the forums.
Since you've mentioned that your previous support cases were automatically closed, I'd recommend contacting our support team through the webform to see if they can provide further clarification on your situation.
