Account lost

I have been playing pvz2 for more than 10 years.. I’ve Collected all the plants and got all the rewards. Now my account lost!! It’s so terrible!!

I had followed the instructions to uninstall and reinstall the game, there were 2 account shown but none of them was mine.. EA please help to recover this. Thanks..

  • There is little we as player can do to solve the problem.  You will need to contact EA Help Center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page and seek for assistance.  Please note you will need to provide your old (original) player ID to the advisor to have a better chance of locating your old game saved progress from the backup server.

    @eieio_31310 I can’t find any assistance who can help.. the link to write new case is also jam,, keep forwarding to the main page

     you try the Chat option from the " I need help restoring my progress...."  I am in UK and the waiting time is listed as 2 minutes.  See image below.

    How come my page doesn’t have the same option as you? Mine doesn’t show “chat with us”

    @kendrick2309   It could have been there was no advisor working on Sunday in your region.  Could try again during week days?

    I think that you should try EA HELP CENTER through a mobile phone, you may have different options as you are using a laptop.

    Uses apple devices and i use android, which are superior because they have processors made of cakes, desserts and biscuits.

    If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes. 

    If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

    Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

    If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

    The player id number you need is the old one, these two are newly issued and are useless to you and EA HELP. 

    Hopefully,  you will have saved it somewhere.

    Kendrick, did you succeed in getting your account restored? I’m experiencing the same issue -forced update after I opened the game and it deleted all my progress and my user ID. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the user ID was different and back to day 1. Very disappointing after playing for years and spending money on plants. I’ve contacted EA but no response se yet (plus the case says “waiting on player” so I’m not even sure someone at EA will read it. No idea why it’s waiting on me cos I did all that was asked of me). Also, how ridiculous they need the player ID, who would know to screenshot that?! Why isn’t an email address useful in restoring an account?
