Ads Bug
The ads cannot be closed. The X button shows up but nothing happens when you press it. So I can’t claim the rewards please help.

Dear andyliu2000 , about ads, its usually need good internet connection. Try using signal data or wifi to try.. there are not bug from ads.
Can i asking about arena of Champions, have you playing arena with crash or smoothly.. until Got Win/lose?
Some ads have a trap.. be carefully

Thank you for your response. I have great internet connection and it made no difference whether I was on wifi or cellular. I have confirmed with others from the US in a Facebook group that they are experiencing the same issue as well, on all kinds of ad - gem, coin, gauntlet, etc. There is only one X button and it simply does not work, unfortunately. You press on it and nothing happens. The ad stays up. I have to force close the game. It’s been about a week or so. And no, I am not having issues with Arena (yet).
