All my info just disappeared

Question

I opened the app to play a quick game and it showed me as user Dave which I am not. All data was gone and I could not log in. I deleted the app and reinstalled.

So now I can’t access any of my info and the game is trying to start over like I have never played. It identified me when I opened the new app and showed 2 profiles. Neither were me! I have been playing for over a year and had tons of plants now nothing!!!

crazy! Any ideas or thoughts? I have an EA account so how do I get this right on my devise again?

@r1a4mlqoqfji&nbsp;Each of those profiles has number of plants and resources.If neither of them match yours then your account has been lost and the game is trying to issue you with a new player id number.If you signed up to EA's email registration system you can try getting a code sent to your email address but it's doubtful it will work.If you have the&nbsp;original&nbsp;player id number then EA HELP should be able to restore your account from their backups.Hopefully.

Take a screenshot of your player ID and report it as missing content to EA.This has been happening to lots of players in the last few hours

Thank you, I will give it a try. Problem is I show 2 profiles for some reason. I will send them both just to cover my bases.
