All my PVZ2 save data gone

I've completed all level. I've been playing this game since 2014. Very addicted to it and is playing it everyday. Out of sudden all my data gone. It somehow show me to play tutorial, i just procced to play then only found out all my data gone. Is there anyway to restore my save data on 23 Oct 2015 or earlier? 

I've tried to sign out and sign in my google+ account again but it didn't help. Looks like my data has been gone or overwritten.

Please help. Thanks =)

    Hey @yin_zai3

    I'd just double check that you're logging into the correct account just to be absolutely sure as that's a common cause of these issues.

    If you're definitely in the right account then you'll need to contact the support team so they can look into this for you. You should find details for this here.

    Dear Andy,

    Thanks for your replied, I've sent the same issues to popcap on the same day i sent in EA website. But somehow, you have a quicker response than them, or maybe they are looking at my issue now and pending to rectify the problem. Anyway to restore my data? I jusy feel weird it was out of sync so suddenly on 24 Oct 2015.

    It certainly is strange to suddenly lose all of your data but hopefully the Popcap team will be able to assist. I don't have a time frame for replies from them but I'm sure as soon as they've had a chance to investigate they'll be in touch with you.
