All progress lost!
Did the most recent update and everything disappeared after over 6 years. I tried using the help service but it goes nowhere. Please help!

Community ManagerHey HappyHoerchen , could you send me a DM with a screenshot of your player ID please? This is how you can find it:
- Select the wrench to open the Settings menu.
- In the Settings menu, tap:
- iOS: Download Preferences.
- Android: Build Version.
- You’ll see your Player ID under the game version.
If you know your old player ID (the one linked to your account with all your progress) that would be great. If not the "new" player ID (from the account that doesn't have any progress) should help too.

Hi, it was (and I think still is) DDB38B4F-B5CA-40DA-AE33-4940D38DED62 . I had multiple Guest users (all blank, maybe two) and then the main account I was always using was my first name
