lost progress

My old progress is gone and I cannot find id of old account or the username.. I had exclusive plants and made purchases with real money and i have proof. Last time i played was in december 2025 in the christmas event (great event by the way) and now now all progress is deleted because of a button force sync player data. Can you help me? i can provide detalis and the gpa of the purcase so maybe you can track down the account.
