All progress lost!
Did the most recent update and everything disappeared after over 6 years. I tried using the help service but it goes nowhere. Please help!

The same thing happened to me. It has happened before but I can’t remember what I need to do to restore my progress. I tried the online help but they never answered me. Can you provide a process to restore lost data after the update?
