Annoying messages worsened with the latest update

Good morning,

since the game was updated, introducing "Penny's search", three messages have been appearing continuously. The 1st and 2sd message don't have big consequences, even if I can't understand what they mean. They have been appearing from time to time for years, but I have nothing in the "shop"; see 4th image. But the 3rd message blocks my game and I have to kill them every time and restart it. As it occurs very often it is becoming truly stressful. Also because every time I restart I lose the arrangement of the plants in the Arena.

Can you fix this as soon as possible?

    This is a public forum so i suggest you contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and ask for a new player id number.

    The restore purchases bug is mildly irritating but usually goes away in it's own time but will reappear next time you update/ reinstall/ clear data.

    The third image is the game locking up on an animation, sometimes it unfreezes itself but usually requires restarting the game.

    I'm really bored

    I have already try to delete cache and to reinstall the app. Many times. Nothing is changed.
